Welcome to 2022/2023 First Holy Communion Programme. This invitation is open to Children in School Year 3 and above.

 

To be eligible for this programme you are required to fulfil the following procedures:

 

1.  Complete the FHC form - https://www.crawleycatholic.church/first-holy-communion (copy and paste in an internet browser to download the form)

2. Complete the Monkey Survey (click OK at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions. Do not forget to click submit questionnaire at the end). You must answer all questions in the questionnaire for the form to be submitted.

3. Please bring a photocopy of your child's baptism certificate together with the completed FHC form to the PARISH OFFICE (OPEN MON - WED 10.00 am - 2.00 pm). You must answer all questions in the questionnaire for the form to be submitted.

4. If you are not registered on our database download a New Parishioners' Form and bring to the Parish Office with a copy of your child's baptism certificate and completed FHC form - https://www.crawleycatholic.church/_files/ugd/b5749b_85951e841c5a427495f12215652cc8c6.pdf (copy and paste in an internet browser to download a form).
